       I don't want to blame the entire police department and police constables in states and nation, but wanted to describe their problems and share my thoughts about  their great work at the same time their irresponsible work.  

                  Above pic is clicked when two police constables are taking tips from SP MLA in Uttar Pradesh. 

Lets look into the above incident. SP MLA from Uttar Pradesh got bail from jail and two constables were following MLA's Innova car to ask tip when he was coming out of jail in Uttar Pradesh and each one of them got Rs.500/ from MLA's daughter. If we see the video it looks like they are behaving like company workers and   begging money for their service. So it is clear that police constables in jail used  to ask tip and get money from prisoners whenever they are released, whenever they do service and co-operate to prisoners in jail. 

Do you think asking tip is not illegal activity and getting tip from accused wont cause anything to public and laws?  when we think as business man yes incident is right and these activities are acceptable but when we think as public and victim of accused these activities are illegal and against laws. 

I have been experiencing same behavior with police constables. if they stop  for verification of driving licence docs, they wont verify docs properly, instead  they will ask you to pay tip amount to leave you. if you go to police station they will ask you to pay some amount to get release from station without case, if you complain against any one they don't take any action until you pay all expenses for them. they will try to earn money in all possible ways. no one has respect on police constables and they are cheap too public.

Why they do ? is it because of less salary? for my opinion it is not bcz there are many govts dept where employee's salaries are less than police constables.so that it is due to lack of transparency in higher police officials and in police dept. bribing and corruption are not illegal to them , they are not afraid of suspending from duties due to taking bribe. their officer earning money illegally, they are also following same principles, for higher officials customers are from hifive category , for police constables , customers are from middle class and they are taking tips and bribe very less compare to their officers, so they don't feel shame or irresponsible in these activities. they will always try to earn money even in cheap manner. 

That is all one side. We still should not forget their service to our society and public

      

1. They are protecting us by killing them self. 
2. They are keeping us safe side even though they are beaten by protesters. 
3. They work for society and they dies for society. 
4. Real care takers of our society and public.
5. If we take leave due to bandh, they dont take and they will  try to keep bandh silence.
6. They forget their family a long period to serve to public and public servants.

They are torturing by their officers and  treating as labor's by officers. officers are misusing them for their personal work and  family works. they are fun for officer's kids. they cant fight against them due to job. so finally they are still working as police constables. 

My dear police constables please keep your self respect and dont do cheap activities. we still have respect on you, we need your service. we are all with you just fight against stupid officers....

Reservations in India

         Reservation in india based on caste is common known information from X standard for every citizen of country and there are other reservations based on gender, sports and Ex service men. unfortunately most of citizens from General category complains , blames and argue about caste based reservations in education scholarships, seats ,jobs and other govt schemes. i would like to explain intention of reservations especially caste based one.

        There were 4 varna's 1.Bramins (priestly or scholary caste) 2.Ksatriya (marital or royal caste) 3.Vaisyas    (merchant caste) 4.Sudras (labor caste) defined in veda's based on socio-economical duties of person. Varans defined duties and privileges of person it means whoever from 1,2 and 3 varna's families  have all rights and freedom in society for jobs, education and other benefits and last Sudra's dont have rights to study in schools , do professional jobs and not allowed inside temples. labor varna's people should not be touched by any of higher varna's to not get the their sin because they born as labor.  it continues before and after freedom of country from British and still now same situation in country.

        All higher caste's people have access to education, jobs and allowed in temples so they are  faster and advanced than labor caste's and it  helps higher jatis to go higher professions but labor jati doest have access to anything like schools, temples, water and places other than working as labor to higher caste's.

       We got freedom from British and we need to build our own constitution based our culture and other factors. Constitution team want to  make India  as a democratic country and what is next? Democracy.. what does it mean by democracy and how to achieve it ?  one person who is from labor varna, faced untouchability and discrimination in society. and he thrown out from school due to his from labor varna and he is not allowed to study in any schools. he is our constitution team president  DR B R Ambedkar and his is now THE GREATEST INDIAN from 1947 to still now by News TV surveys link:  http://www.historyindia.com/TGI/. thanks to recognized him and he is not for dalit and he is much more than to all.

      To achieve real democracy by not just words but in action. first and most important things are untouchability and unequality in people should removed and how that can be removed ? is just like passing rule or preaching ? how they will be treat as equal ? some one from higher caste is already access to all and higher positions .. how these lower caste's will reach them? they are all 40-60 years advanced then lower caste? what is solution?  All come up with 7.5% reservation quota in jobs and education to make them equal and remove untouchability. I am sure college seats and jobs vacancies are always higher then reserved categories and reserved category seats and jobs predefined percentages. nothing more than that.

      With such reservation people from lower caste are having access to education, jobs and other areas. they are now able to go everywhere. you may agree and don't agree but surely I still can show lower caste people troubles in villages  then after may you will realize that. because it  is still not fully implemented and not utilizing properly due to lack of integrity in political parties ,govt officers, employees and citizens.

      I still want money  based reservation (only poor should have reservation) instead of caste based but only when untouchability , unequality and caste based stupid activities are cleaned in society. one great thing is most of citizens in society especially from higher caste are eliminating such distances between citizens . if higher caste people are not part of removing caste based boundaries  i think lower caste people might be still in same position.

     "Some day reservation must be removed " ----DR B R Ambedkar and i dont know when that will happen but treating every one are equal is first and most important action every citizen of our democratic country should do.

Is YS Jagan only corrupted ?

YS Jagan is only corrupted politician along with his father YSR that is what now a days we are watching and reading news from opponent parties, news media and electronic media.I dont know how many agree with them but surely you might have come across such discussions in public. if one agrees or not, He is not only , there other parties, electronic media and print media are currupted, still blames Jagan only. why??

Congress party is a biggest party in country along with great history. Does it mean there are no corrupted politicians? No it is not, there are many corrupted then and now, will be in future. why they blames only jagan and why court, CBI investigation is only on Jagan. congress party leaders blames that jagan want to be CM and that is why he left party. "how that is possible make him CM if his father CM" said Bossa Satyanarayana and Sonia gandhi family worked for country and died for coutry, they want to see rahul as PM becuase their family sacrifice for country said by Darmana. Sonia is became president of congress because of rajiv gandhi, he is because of indira gandhi, she is because of Nehru. now it turns to Rahul....... if it rule is correct, than why not that applys to jagan. YSR died in accident when he was CM of Andhra pradesh when he was going to rachabanda program. 

TDP is biggest party in Andhra pradesh along with great history . Does it mean there are no corrupted politicians? No it is not, there are many corrupted then and now, will be in future.There are many allegations against Chandra babu but no case , no court and no rules apply's to him. Chandra babu want his son also key member of party because of that He is going send Jr NTR out of the party. if it is correct rule, why not that applys to jagan.

High court took Jagan assets petition without even signle evidance and CBI started investigation on him without even single logic. it clear that HIgh Court and CBI are still under political parties, whenever parties need to defeat anyone they use CBI and Court. is this what our democray? how a common man trust all these institutions. common man never goes to police station or court for justice. its known secret that they are under politicians and politicians rulers.

Finally its clear Jagan has tramendous mass following in Andhra region and lot many surveys declared it and my experience also makes me to understand why he has that much tremandous following especially in villages. YSR is congress party king in A.P politics he won elections in 2004 because of his "padayatra" he walked 1500 km in A.P and again he won elections in 2009 because of his schemes to all class people in state. does not matter those schemes are good or bad. even people say dont give free(I would say they are stupids). there are lacs of peoples need such schemes to run their life. go to villages and slums, govt hospitals. you will get to know. its government responsible to support, help and protect citizen. YSR did his way and succeed. unfortuntely He died in Helicropter crash which hurts lacs of people in state. 

Yes. now every common man in villages wanted his son(Jagan) to be CM. it is their wish. if Jagan wins congress and TDP parties are failures. so Congress and TDP is playing game with Jagan using CBI to defeat in elections. 

Lets see what will happen...

I am not member of YSR party not even fan of Ys Jagan. I thought it is ok to write opinions and feelings and all are my personal opinions does not to related to any party.

Telangana state or political growth?

Its known fact that forming separate Telangana state is common feeling, intention of Telangana public now. we also need to agree that Campaign's for state formation started by TRS and KCR is key member. 

KCR is became popular because of his past-unto-death after YSR death. before YSR He tried many ways and tricks to achieve poularity for his party, unfortunately plans never works. TRS is not succeed in 2004 and 2009 elections with separate state sentiment by the time public does not have much feeling and sentiment for separate state. sitauations and weak goverment help to campaign's and got popularity in 10 districts. later KCR formed JAC team with political parties, offcourse TDP and congress left JAC to start separate team to campaign for state formation because of TRS will be benificiary in elections and othe parties will not if other parties are in JAC. 

One of successfull achievement by JAC was Govt employee strike for 40days. it had support in all govt departments from telagana and there was tremendous response from all type of people. every one in A.P state thought that state formation is going to happen. its real benifiary is TRS only. everything is ok in JAC upto past(March 18,2012) elections in telagana. What happen thenafter BJP and TRS contested in elections separtely and TRS won majarity seats except BJP's sensational won In mahabubnagar where kCR is MP for Mahabubnagar Parliament. TRS shocked and realised that it is becuase of JAC kodandaram decisions and support and that leads create distance between TRS and JAC, also between TRS and BJP. Why?

TRS ,BJP, Congress and TDPs intention is to get votes and won seats in elections by sentiment. its clear that not even one of them is trying to form state instead they are trying blaming each others to get support to win elections. 

Common man you have to realise that it is all political drama. not more than that. they may say lot many things to get support, but not to form telagana, to rule telangana.

We need clean politicians to save, help and protect us. political change is necessary than anything else to right goverment.

E.C is an independent, autonomous body in india which is key memeber in our democracy. it is federal authority responsible for administering all the electoral processes in the Republic of India. It has been very successful in condcting elections in india with transparency. no matter what ruling party is and every party should follwo rules and regulations of E.C. when compare to other countries in ASIA we had very powerful federal authority that is E.C.

Lets go to E.C job in present bypolls in Andra pradesh.

Seized 3.35cr rupees are found which is not accounted  from political parties  volutneers

Seized 30,000 litres liguor found in regular check up, 1000 case's filed and 571 criminals arrested.

Polices also seized 3200 weapons and while issued non-bailable warrants against 2847 as precautionary measure.

Banned  for door to door campaign before 48 hrs of election date(june 13 2012 ) to prevent money and liquor distribution .

still there will be money and liguor distribution by all big parties. which even E.C cant stop it.

Dr. JP to Campaign for Dr. Ashwin Mahesh

During a day-long visit to Bengaluru on Saturday, May 5, Lok Satta Party President Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan will be campaigning for Dr. Ashwin Mahesh, who is contesting from Bangalore graduates’ constituency to the Karnataka Legislative Council.

The highlight of the visit is a public meeting in the evening at which Dr. JP will dwell on the question whether a single legislator can a make difference to polity. Taking part in the meeting are three non-Lok Satta people – Prof. Rajeev Gowda of Indian Institute of Management, Prof. Sandeep Shastri of Lokniti Foundation and journalist Vasanthi Hariprakash.

Dr. JP will be interacting with Lok Satta members, the campaign team and some prominent people of the city during the day.

Dr. Ashwin Mahesh, who holds a Ph. D. in Geophysics, has worked on urban development issues and is associated with a number of prestigious institutes in Bengaluru. He has played an active role in the movement for electoral reforms and against corruption.

Talking of Dr. Ashwin Mahesh, Justice Santosh Hegde, former Lokayukta of Karnataka says, “Whenever I spoke against corruption in public life, people asked me ‘where are the good candidates we can vote for?’. This time I have an answer for you. I will vote for Ashwin Mahesh and I urge you to do so as well.”

TDP Political Bureau News:

TDP team is trying to find the best ways to win elections especially against YSR congress. they came up with the idea to go to every home,spread news about YSR Jagan's corruption using banners, books..etc after today's discussion . it may work or not work but surely election success depends on candidate .

Looks like TDP took this elections as serious issue and decided to perform well .if not they may lose elections in 2014 also. yes...that is true.YSR has very good popularity compare to chandra babu if YSR Jagan use it. there will no power in 2014 elections for TDP ,volunteers and memebers will lose confindent , and they plan to jump to YSR congress or congress. offcourse jumping from one party another is common thing in the political parties and it is political tricks to defeat opponent. in last elections few congress memebers jumped to TRS while others jumped from TRS.

TDP also carefull to blame YSR no matter what he did. He died and most of people really dont want to blame him. if TDP thinking to blame YSR as much as possible it means lose votes as much as possible. may be Intelligents or TDP supporters dont care but it is sure. be carefull. try to avoid blaming YSR instead blame Jagan.. his behaviour.

Its good Idea to not take any action on vallabhaneni vamsi still end of this elections. Jr NTR and his supporters planning to defeat TDP and vamsi actions might because of their plan. it may true or rumour but surely TDP should not take action at this movement. if any action issue against him. they may jump to YSR congress and that could lead lose votes in elections.

and Finally Chandra Babu has to behave not just like in 19th century politics. we are in 20th century, everything visible to even common people. use technology instead of talking badly or doing silly tricks. I dont know about my father generation. but surley my generation will make change in politics.
